Employee Access

TCO's BPM provides your employees with a personal, secure home page which is accessible 24 hours a day/7 days a week.  The home page includes:

• View and update personal demographic information
• Complete self-service module for benefit elections
• Personalized Consolidated Benefit Statement with premiums
• Detailed benefit summaries
• Links to networks, carriers, and drug formularies
• Print "on demand" ID cards
• Order "permanent" ID cards
• Make Beneficiary designations
• Store emergency contact information

Employee's who access their own personal home page can only see information that is applicable to them.  Also, any changes they make in the system are subject to your final confirmation and approval.

To give your employee's access you must furnish them with the Group Name.  This may be your Company name or it may be a Subsidiary name which you have assigned to them.  Their User Name is their first name as it appears in the TCO/BPM system; and their Password is their Social Security Number.  They are urged to change their Password on first entering the system.

Your employees can access TCO's BPM login portal in a couple of different ways.

• Log in at our main site, http://www.thecomplianceoffice.com, and click on the Employee link on the far right floating bar

• We can provide you with a logo and login link for you to place on your company website
